Camp Thunderbird Scholarship
As a child, Cy, his sister Molly, and cousins Will and Lela attended YMCA's Camp Thunderbird together for several summers. They found this to be a vast playground allowing them to further their love of all things outdoors. The founders of Cy's World decided that sponsoring a child to attend Camp Thunderbird every summer would be a great allocation of funds raised.
Cumberland County Ducks Unlimited - Greenwing Event

Cy Garber was an avid golfer himself and played for his high school's team at Terry Sanford High School in Fayetteville, NC. As many of our supporters live in this area, the founders found it necessary to support a cause dear to Cy's heart in this region of North Carolina. The First Tee of the Triad is a nonprofit that strives to promote character, healthy lifestyles and life-enhancing values through golf.
